The apartment is located in the west of  Santa Luzia in a quiet and peaceful residential area. Nearby  an ATM (multibanco cash machine) and 2 local supermarkets. The distance to the lagoon about 200 m.

Service: cleaning before and after departure, prepared bed linens, bath towels and beachtowels, cost of energy, water, gas, air conditioning or heating, TV (115 channels), internet WiFi,parking space in the underground garage, removal of defects and failure by the management company.

Management Company provides additional fee-based services eg. welcome pack of food, transportation from the airport, car hire and other services to individual arrangements.

Booking and price are guaranteed on payment in advance of 20% at least 6 weeks before the scheduled arrival.

Check-in: from 4:00 pm. Early arrival is possible in case of availability of the apartment and requires individual arrangement.

Check-out: till 10:00 am. In case of a later departure time can be agreed individually luggage storage.
